Britney surprise wedding

I reported on Friday that Britney would be getting married in Vegas, and that her fiance would have his bachelor party in the same room where she had her first honeymoon. Well it didn't happen that way.

Avril Engagement Rumours Squashed

MuchNews has gotten to the root of the latest Avril Lavigne rumour. Yesterday news sources worldwide ran with the story of Avril's engagement to Sum 41's Deryck Whibley attributed to English tabloid The London Sun. The Sum 41 camp says the story was the direct result of a prank. The band's manager, Greig Nori, told MuchNews exclusively today that Deryck pretended to propose to Avril in full view of paparazzi just to show how easily it is to mislead the tabloids.

"Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 is not engaged," reads a statement released today. "Deryck and his friends are constantly followed by paparazzi.
