Paris Hilton caught shoplifting

She just can't help herself getting caught on tape again.
Last month, Paris Hilton was shopping for some magazines over at Swing news, a West Hollywood newstand, where she obliged the
clerk in taking a picture of her while she shopped around for mags. Things got ugly when she spotted her infamous sex video
"One night in Paris" on sale with a large poster with her face on it promoting the video.
"As soon as she saw that we were selling her videos and we had her on display she was livid. She was using profanity to the
ultimate,'' store clerk Jerry Castro told Celebrity Justice. 'She points to the poster and says, `Look at what the fuck
they're doing to me here. Don't you know my young fans come here all the time?"
In a surveillance video which aired on Celebrity justice, the pissed of Paris Hilton is seen trying to take down the poster, then grabbing the video and putting it in her purse without paying.

The owner is planning on pressing charges.

It had me fooled too for about 10 minutes when I franctically started scouring all the news wires to find more information.
until I went back and took a closer look to find who the hell these guy where, that's when I got this message: Ha! Did someone get you?

Nice! I wonder how many "real" reporters got suckered by this.

Dessarae Bradford who has a penchant for suing any celebrity who talks to her, filed her court claim in Santa Monica for "breach of contract, return of erotic tape and art, cost of dress, shoes and accessories." after Collin stood her up on a date.
She is also trying to sell some book about the whole affair which will be coming out April 3rd 2005.
