Carrie Tucker cease and desist

Back in October of 2004, this site reported a small blurb of a sex tape that was released of Miss New York 2000. Well yesterday I received a C&D e-mail from this person’s lawyer to remove all pictures and links to any site hosting the video.
I’m not even going to bother fighting something so insignificant about a beauty queen nobody cares about and deleted her cum stained face shot picture and link.
I was going to share the flattering e-mail, unfortunately it has a clause at the bottom forbidding me to repost it anywhere with out written permission. On the positive side, the lawyer did send me a copy of the affidavit by Ronald Collier, the guy who shot the tape.
Since its public record, I’ve reposted it here. Interesting to note that there is more than one video shot.
