One tape banned, another set to be released

Bad news to anyone who wanted to see Colin Farrell sexual performance, his lawyer just won a preliminary injunction against
Playboy model Nicole Narain banning the sale, distribution or posting on the internet of the sex tape.
Colin is still suing Nicole for breach of oral contract and invasion of privacy, but has offered to drop the suit if Nicole joined in helping to stop the sale of the tape... She declined.
Colin's lawyer said: "We offered to drop the case and not seek one penny of damages against her if she would join with us in our action. As of today, she has refused."

The new sex tapes, yes tapes!... Will be that of Tom Sizemore as was reported on this site back in June. Tom a regular
visitor to rehab clinics and starred in films like "Saving Private Ryan" and "Blackhawk Down" will be barring all in the next 24 hours. Unfortunately, no word if Liz Hurley will be in any of them.

So we're standing in the immigration line in Toronto after a long flight from Miami that had been delayed by 2 hours (where
we sat on the tarmac for 2 hours).
