Tom Sizemore slept with Paris Hilton

Tom Sizemore last week claimed that he slept with Paris Hilton back in 2001 when the socialite was only 19.
Paris a few days later denies it by saying: "He is not an acquaintance of mine, nor have I ever had intimate relations with him."
Hmm, Then why is she in this picture with him taken that night in 2001? Which where already inside his site since it first opened.
